QUIET MOMENTS
[ online & in-person ]
I am also offering donation-based online and in-person one-day meditation retreats and weekend retreats.
Grounded in silence, I offer spiritual direction, contemplative guidance, silence and guided meditation, and meditation instruction. I also facilitate and support individuals and groups on silent retreats.
This curriculum exists at the intersection of science and well-being, drawing upon Traditional Chinese Medicine, biomimicry, sacred texts studies, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. Participants are guided through somatic, creative, and meditative practices that rebalance the nervous system, foster self-compassion, inspire collaboration and strengthen relationships and resiliency.

FIELDS OF STUDY: S O L A B [ sun laboratorium ]
Day & Weekend Gatherings & Retreats
[ online & in-person ]
You are warmly invited to join us at the FIELDS OF STUDY SOLAB, a unique gathering where the realms of art, sacred texts, poetry, meditation, dialogue, presencing, and reflective practices converge. This event is an emerging space co-creating fluidity for deep exploration and meaningful connection.
Fields of Study:
Artistic Exploration: Engage in the creation and appreciation of art that reflects consciousness and aliveness.
Study of Sacred Texts: Delve into ancient and revered texts, uncovering timeless wisdom.
Sacred Poetry: Experience the beauty and depth of poetry that speaks to the soul.
Meditation Practice: Participate in silent and guided meditations to cultivate inner peace and awareness.
Dialogues and Deep Conversations: Engage in meaningful conversations that foster understanding and connection.
Reflections and Journaling: Reflect on your experiences and insights, capturing them through journaling.
Presencing: “ Presencing, the blending of sensing and presence, means to connect from the Source of the highest future possibility and to bring it into the now. Presencing happens when our perception begins to happen from the source of our emerging future. The boundaries between three types of presence collapse: the presence of the past (current field), the presence of the future (the emerging field of the future), and the presence of one’s authentic Self. When this co-presence, or merging of the three types of presence, begins to resonate, we experience a profound shift, a change of the place from which we operate. “ — Otto Scharmer.

MEDITATION & MYSTICAL JOURNALING
[ online & in-person ]
Virtual silent meditation and mystical journaling practice
Join us on Sunday, July 21st, at 11 am CEST (Vienna time).
Join us for an intimate gathering of Meditation & Mystical Journaling — a virtual silent meditation and mystical journaling practice designed to cultivate compassion, peace, and self-inquiry.
In the sacred stillness of this virtual space, we will journey inward, connecting with the deepest parts of ourselves. Through silent meditation, we will nurture a profound sense of peace and presence, allowing the noise of the external world to fade away. This tranquility will pave the way for a heartfelt exploration through mystical journaling, where words become the bridge between our inner Light and our conscious awareness.
Together, we will cultivate compassion, beginning with ourselves and extending it outward to the world around us. This practice is an invitation to hold space for our own healing and growth, while also embracing the interconnectedness of all beings.
Come as you are, with an open heart and a willing spirit. Let us embark on this journey of self-discovery and spiritual communion, finding solace and inspiration in the collective energy of our shared silence and reflective writing.
Join us in this safe sanctuary where each voice and perspective enriches our collective journey.
