LIVE MASTERCLASS Description
PRO-CONSCIOUSNESS MEDICINE & MEDITATION IS ART
The LIVE masterclass engages all domains to understand how consciousness can fully actualize the full potential of a human being. The LIVE masterclass will provide practical knowledge in conjunction with an accurate Quantum Evaluation using easy forms and flow charts to organize different patterns of information and identify priorities. Students will learn to evaluate the Bio-Emotional-Mental-Supramental-Spiritual Terrain using the system of the Five Pillars of Health, Five Bodies, Five Elements, and Seven Chakras to complement the Quantified Self Evaluation obtained from the use of digital health parameters and more effectively guide them toward a state of positive health potential. The LIVE masterclass combines an analysis of protocols and an immersion into movement-based techniques with a number of creative tasks designed to embody the archetypes — context of values — love, beauty, justice, and truth, — both felt and informed — about the philosophical principles, the processual forms, and the techniques needed to work with their own body as the starting point of the process of creative quantum healing and as an art of living. The student will explore their unique body language, feeling the pleasure of moving through a physical practice able to activate their intuition and psychic development skills. The students will listen to their sensations and creative impulses coming from inside of their body, and they will explore other possibilities of being and behaving as a collective consciousness obtaining reliable tools to move towards their creative power.
This LIVE MASTERCLASS uses an online space as a performance site. It will through presentations, dialogues, and practical exercises connect theory to practice. Each week of the masterclass will have a specific thematic focus and exercises will be proposed to the participants to engage with and we will be performing together during some of the sessions too. The format is based on Action-learning practice during Healing and Performance Art live circles on awareness-based flow systems change — dialogue, and exchange, exploring the field in practice and collectively —.

Gina Gadischke is officially certified by the International Quantum University for Integrative Medicine, as a Quantum Health Coach & Exponential Health Coach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Health Science and a Master's degree in Natural Medicine. She is currently engaged in a complete curriculum with Quantum University for a Doctorate and Ph.D. in Natural Medicine.

This PRESENCING MOVEMENTS + Long Durational Meditation Performance Art targets the stomach and spleen meridians and connects to the element of Earth, relieving anxiety and nervousness. It includes some uncommon yin poses like ankle stretch and toe squat. These postures can feel uncomfortable at first as we are not used to stretching our feet in this way. However, by practicing the art of surrender, we can find comfort in the unknown.

Anger and frustration manifest when the Liver or Gallbladder Qi is unbalanced; thus, this sequence focuses on these two energy channels. By stretching the inner and outer hip muscles, we target these meridians and the sacral chakra, which is associated with emotions.
Therefore, PRESENCING MOVEMENTS + Long Durational Meditation Performance Art will help you release any emotions that are not serving you, replacing them with more positive feelings.

It also stimulates the solar plexus chakra through the belly twists, tapping into the chakra’s qualities of confidence and positive thinking.
This sequence takes just 30 minutes, so it is easy to fit into your morning routine, helping you start the day with a better mindset.

Working with the element of Water, hip-opening poses like lizard pose and the reclining pigeon will help you cultivate the qualities of this element and feel more flow and ease.
When the kidney or urinary bladder meridian qi is weak, we can feel resistance to what is happening in our lives and hold onto things or people that are no longer serving us. Thus, targeting these meridians through a combination of forward folds and hip openers will strengthen the qi here so you can release what’s not serving you and gracefully accept whatever is entering your life.
